Full priced products
We are pleased to provide a credit for any full priced items that are returned in their original condition within 14 days of the purchase date (or from the date you receive your online orders). This store credit remains valid for 12 months and can be applied towards future purchases at our online store. Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Our sale products
All sale items purchased are considered final sale items. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds, exchanges, or store credit for discounted or sale items.

Custom-made or uniquely sourced or Items 
Due to the distinctive nature of these products, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit on items that are uniquely sourced or custom-made for our prestigious customers.

Faulty or damaged items

In the unlikely event that your item arrives faulty or damaged, we kindly ask that you contact us within 48 hours through our “Contact Us” page. Our team is available on 0414 888 730 or at [email protected], and will be happy to assist in arranging a return, replacement, or refund as required.
